PL-Consulting&Training Inc is a nearly 20-years old consulting firm. Usually we are working as a consult and trainer (make educations), sometimes longer prosesses (make firm better and sell it) and lead workshops in special situations (like fokusing and developing the work of management team). Our mission is "When the firm must be different - we will be the partner in developing".

We are specially working with SME-firms, often with small- and start-up firms. Part of them are in the area of new technology or knowledge-based, but many firms are in so-called usual business. The special know-how is in business-plans and strategies. Our focus can be descriped:

We are useally working inside Finnland, but with special customer needs (co-operation, distribution-channels, partnering) we can work outside Finland.

The main owner is Pertti Lehtonen (48-years), who has log experience in consulting and educating. He has a graduate in University of Jyväskylä and in 2005 he studied MBA (strategic management). The diploma work was by studying three areas together: strategy, learning-processes and entrepreneur. The title may be translated as 'Strategy-process in small firms'.
